package is recommended for those homes that are in a location where homes
are moving slowly, the market is in oversupply or there may be significant
features of the home, lot or surroundings that may impede a sale.
Rewards Program
1. If you have purchased or sold a home from Joli before, you get a discount*.
2. If Joli represents you in the purchase of another home in metro-Atlanta,
you get a discount*.
3. If Joli finds the buyer for your home as well as lists the home for sale,
you get a discount*.
